These terms apply to products and services offered by ai-BusinessSolutions LLC.
Information service
Contract Radar is an information-research and filtering service. It is not a government system, procurement authority, legal service, accounting service, proposal-writing guarantee, or representation that any customer qualifies for or will win a contract.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for independently reviewing source documents, eligibility requirements, certifications, deadlines, solicitation amendments, representations, pricing, proposal requirements, and all final pursuit decisions.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions recur at the interval shown at checkout until canceled. Payment processing and billing are handled through third-party payment providers such as Square or Stripe. Access to paid delivery may end when a subscription is canceled, unpaid, refunded, or otherwise no longer active.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to provide useful, timely information, but public records can change, be amended, contain errors, or become unavailable. We do not guarantee that every opportunity will be discovered or that every summary will remain current after delivery.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ai-BusinessSolutions LLC is not responsible for losses arising from a customer's decision to pursue, ignore, bid, price, qualify for, or rely on any identified opportunity.
